Helleborus liguricus
(Helleborus liguricus TCM-136) Helleborus liguricus is a recently (2006) named species, discovered in Northern Italy near the Ligurian Sea, and considered unique from nearby Helleborus abruzzicus and Helleborus bocconei. The foliage of the 15″ tall x 2′ wide clump is less divided and the ivory/green flowers are both larger and quite fragrant. Our offering are seed grown from an original Tom Mitchell seed collection in the Tuscan town of Sassetta.
