Agave striateosa Straight and Narrow
Agave ‘Straight and Narrow’ is a 2015 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of an extraordinary hybrid of Agave bracteosa and Agave striata that we pulled out of a seed batch in 2005. Since then, our first selection of Agave x striateosa has formed a 2′ tall x 3.5′ wide specimen of narrow, scabrous, light green spineless leaves…wider than Agave striata and narrower than Agave bracteosa. In nine years, Agave ‘Straight and Narrow’ has only produced two offsets. This is a very limited offering.
