Agave dasylirioides
This small agave, related to Agave striata, can be found hanging from steep volcanic cliffs, up to 7,000′ elevation in the southern Mexico state of Morelos. A. dasylirioides is a rarely available relict species that sits precariously on the farthest branches of the agave family tree. Each 18″ tall x 2′ wide clump is composed on narrow, linear leaves.
